CM7S 6mm ARC Bolt Action Pistol — 12.5-Inch Black Tungsten
The 6mm ARC bolt action pistol from Chattahoochee Munitions pairs a compact 12.5-inch Mos-Tek barrel with the CM7S action and CM7 billet-aluminum chassis. This listing offers pistol and SBR configurations within the Overwatch 6 supersonic precision and predator-hunting family.
Black Tungsten Cerakote finishes the chassis, complemented by black and Black Tungsten rear components. Both configurations include a TriggerTech Remington 700 Primary trigger, CM Precision Vertical Crossover Grip and one 10-round AICS-pattern magazine.
6mm ARC Bolt Action Pistol or SBR Configuration
Select the configuration that matches the firearm you intend to purchase:
- Pistol: Telescoping Tailhook brace with adjustable cheek riser.
- SBR: Telescoping buttpad with adjustable cheek riser.
The 12.5-inch barrel, CM7S action and Black Tungsten chassis are shared features. Review the selected product option before ordering so the supplied rear configuration matches your choice.
CM7S Action — Full PVD Coating
The CM7S action is designed to Chattahoochee Munitions specifications and uses a Remington 700 footprint. Three locking lugs provide a 60-degree bolt throw. An integrated recoil lug and pinned 20 MOA Picatinny rail are standard features.
The one-piece bolt incorporates spiral fluting, a .718-inch body diameter, an M16-style extractor and an oversized bolt knob. Wire EDM raceways, a side bolt-stop release and tool-less fire-control removal complete the action’s principal features.
A .062-inch firing pin accommodates small-rifle-primer brass. Full PVD coating provides the protective action finish on this 6mm ARC bolt action pistol.
12.5-Inch Mos-Tek Barrel
The barrel is manufactured in collaboration with Mos-Tek from 416R stainless steel with 5R rifling. Its confirmed specifications include a 1:7 twist, shouldered crown and 5/8×24 muzzle threads.
The barrel mounts with a Remage barrel nut and has an E100 Blackout Cerakote exterior finish. Its 12.5-inch length distinguishes this compact configuration from the 18-inch CM7S rifles.
TriggerTech Remington 700 Primary
This 6mm ARC bolt action pistol is supplied with a TriggerTech Remington 700 Primary trigger in your choice of flat or curved profile. Pull weight is externally adjustable from 1.5 to 4.0 lb.
The trigger incorporates TriggerTech’s Frictionless Release Technology and CLKR adjustment system. Photographs may depict older flat triggers fitted with trigger shoes; current flat triggers do not include those shoes.
Black Tungsten CM7 Chassis
The CM7 chassis is machined from a single block of billet aluminum and finished in Black Tungsten Cerakote. A flared magazine well accepts compatible AICS-pattern magazines, with an ambidextrous magazine release.
The chassis incorporates M-LOK compatibility, dual integrated QD sling sockets and a full bottom ARCA rail. Its large trigger guard provides clearance for gloved operation.
The modular rear adapter uses a single-bolt interface for compatible rear components. The grip interface accepts compatible AR15 grips without an integrated dovetail.
6mm ARC Bolt Action Pistol Dimensions and Grip
Complete firearm weight is 6 lb 6 oz. Overall length adjusts from 25.00 to 32.50 inches, with a listed length-of-pull adjustment range of 6.0 to 13.5 inches.
The CM Precision Vertical Crossover Grip was developed in collaboration with MK Machining. The adjustable cheek riser provides an additional fit adjustment for the selected pistol or SBR configuration.
Included AICS Magazine
One 10-round 6mm ARC AICS-pattern magazine is included with this 6mm ARC bolt action pistol or SBR. The manually operated CM7S uses a different magazine architecture from the semi-automatic CM15.
For additional magazines, see the MDT 6mm ARC AICS magazine. Select the magazine intended for the CM7S platform.
Suppressed Use with the Compact CM7S
Chattahoochee Munitions prefers an enclosed, conventional baffle suppressor for the CM7S. Its manually operated action does not have the gas-operated cycling system found in the CM15.
For this 6mm ARC bolt action pistol, confirm suppressor approval for both the cartridge and the 12.5-inch barrel. The 5/8×24 muzzle threads identify the mounting interface but do not establish compatibility by themselves.
Consider the suppressor’s added length and weight as part of the complete firearm. Supersonic ammunition continues to produce a sonic crack when suppressed. Read our 6mm ARC suppressor guide for CM’s platform-specific preferences.
