Shipping
Chattahoochee Munitions ships orders using the appropriate carrier and service based on the type of product, destination and applicable shipping requirements.
Firearms are shipped only to an appropriate Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL). When purchasing a firearm online, simply select your receiving FFL during checkout. Our automated system handles the dealer license exchange and transfer coordination.
NFA-regulated firearms and suppressors are shipped to an appropriate FFL/SOT after the required dealer-to-dealer transfer has been approved.
Ammunition and other regulated products are shipped in accordance with applicable carrier requirements and federal, state and local laws.
We do not ship firearms, ammunition or other restricted products to destinations where possession, transfer or shipment is prohibited. Additional restrictions may apply based on the product and destination.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and receiving-dealer information and for confirming that the products ordered may be lawfully received in their jurisdiction.
Firearm Returns
Firearm sales are final once the firearm has been transferred to the purchaser.
Please inspect your firearm at your receiving FFL before completing the transfer. If there is an obvious shipping issue, incorrect item or other concern, contact Chattahoochee Munitions before accepting the transfer whenever possible.
After transfer, issues involving a CM15, CM10 or CM7S firearm are handled under the Chattahoochee Munitions Limited Lifetime Warranty. Please contact us directly before having repairs, modifications or diagnostic work performed by another gunsmith.
Lever-action UP MOD firearms are covered in accordance with the applicable Chattahoochee Munitions warranty terms.
Ammunition Returns
Ammunition sales are final and ammunition cannot be returned or exchanged.
Customers are responsible for confirming that the ammunition ordered is appropriate for their firearm, chambering, barrel configuration and intended application before purchasing.
Merchandise Returns and Exchanges
Unused, non-firearm merchandise in new condition and its original packaging may be exchanged for in-stock merchandise of equal value within 15 calendar days of purchase.
Unless otherwise authorized by Chattahoochee Munitions, merchandise exchanges do not qualify for cash or credit-card refunds. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Before Returning Anything
Contact Chattahoochee Munitions before shipping any firearm, component or merchandise back to us. We will determine the appropriate return, warranty or exchange procedure and provide shipping instructions when necessary.
Do not send a firearm or other regulated item to Chattahoochee Munitions without first coordinating the return with us.
