CM7S 6mm ARC Hunting Rifle — 18-Inch FDE Metallic
The 6mm ARC hunting rifle from Chattahoochee Munitions combines the CM7S bolt action, an 18-inch Mos-Tek barrel and CM7 billet-aluminum chassis. This FDE Metallic configuration is part of Overwatch 6, CM’s supersonic precision and predator-hunting family.
The complete firearm includes a TriggerTech Remington 700 Primary trigger, CM Precision Vertical Crossover Grip in AI Dark Earth and one 10-round AICS-pattern magazine in AI Dark Earth. Its adjustable stock provides a range of overall length and length-of-pull settings.
A Bolt-Action Platform for Predator Hunting
This configuration offers manually operated bolt-action function for customers seeking a 6mm ARC hunting rifle. The 18-inch barrel, adjustable stock and integrated support interfaces provide the principal features of this complete CM7S firearm.
Select hunting ammunition appropriate for the intended animal and conditions, and confirm its accuracy in the individual firearm. Cartridge designation alone does not establish a hunting distance or ammunition suitability.
CM7S Action — Full PVD Coating
The CM7S action is designed to Chattahoochee Munitions specifications and uses a Remington 700 footprint. Three locking lugs provide a 60-degree bolt throw. The action incorporates an integrated recoil lug and a pinned 20 MOA Picatinny rail.
The one-piece bolt has a .718-inch body diameter, spiral fluting, an M16-style extractor and an oversized bolt knob. Wire EDM raceways, a side bolt-stop release and tool-less fire-control removal complete the action’s principal features.
A .062-inch firing pin accommodates small-rifle-primer brass. Full PVD coating provides the action’s protective surface finish.
18-Inch Mos-Tek Barrel
The barrel is manufactured in collaboration with Mos-Tek from 416R stainless steel with 5R rifling. It uses a 1:7 twist, a shouldered crown and 5/8×24 muzzle threads.
The barrel mounts with a Remage barrel nut and has an E100 Blackout Cerakote exterior finish. This barrel finish complements the FDE Metallic chassis and stock.
TriggerTech Remington 700 Primary Trigger
Choose a flat or curved TriggerTech Remington 700 Primary trigger. Pull weight is externally adjustable from 1.5 to 4.0 lb.
The trigger incorporates TriggerTech’s Frictionless Release Technology and CLKR adjustment system. Product photographs may show older flat triggers fitted with trigger shoes; current flat triggers do not include those shoes.
FDE Metallic Billet-Aluminum Chassis
The CM7 chassis is machined from a single block of billet aluminum and finished in FDE Metallic Cerakote. Its flared magazine well accepts compatible AICS-pattern magazines, with an ambidextrous magazine release.
A large trigger guard provides clearance for gloved operation. The chassis incorporates M-LOK compatibility, dual integrated QD sling sockets and a full bottom ARCA rail for compatible support accessories.
The modular stock-adapter system uses a single-bolt interface for compatible stock options. The grip interface accepts compatible AR15 grips without an integrated dovetail.
Stock, Grip and Fit
The stock features FDE Metallic Cerakote. The CM Precision Vertical Crossover Grip, developed in collaboration with MK Machining, is supplied in AI Dark Earth.
Overall length adjusts from 31.50 to 38.00 inches, while length of pull adjusts from 6.0 to 13.5 inches. Complete firearm weight is 7 lb 6 oz.

Included 6mm ARC AICS Magazine
One 10-round 6mm ARC AICS-pattern magazine in AI Dark Earth is included. The bolt-action CM7S uses a different magazine architecture from the semi-automatic CM15.

Suppressed Use
Chattahoochee Munitions prefers an enclosed, conventional baffle suppressor for the CM7S, including this 6mm ARC Hunting Rifle. This manually operated platform does not have the gas-operated cycling system found in the CM15.
The 5/8×24 muzzle threads identify the mounting interface. Confirm the suppressor’s cartridge approval, bore suitability, barrel-length rating and mounting compatibility. Supersonic ammunition continues to produce a sonic crack when suppressed.
