A 3-lug bolt and 60-degree throw provide a short bolt lift with ample clearance around the optic. The one-piece bolt features a .718-inch body, spiral fluting, oversized bolt knob, and M16-style extractor.
Wire EDM-cut raceways help maintain uniform tolerances and smooth bolt travel. The action also incorporates a large ejection port, side bolt-stop release, and tool-less fire control removal.
A pinned 20 MOA Picatinny rail provides the optics interface. The receiver incorporates an integrated recoil lug, while the .062-inch firing pin accommodates small-rifle-primer brass.

The 375 Raptor Short Barreled Rifle comes standard with a TriggerTech Remington 700 Primary trigger. TriggerTech’s Frictionless Release Technology provides a clean break with minimal overtravel.
Trigger pull is externally adjustable from 1.5 to 4.0 pounds in 1-ounce increments. Customers may select either a flat or curved trigger.
Some product photography may show an earlier flat TriggerTech trigger equipped with a trigger shoe. Current production flat triggers no longer use the trigger shoe depicted in those photographs.
FDE Metallic CM7 Billet Chassis
The CM7 chassis is machined from a single block of billet aluminum and finished in FDE Metallic Cerakote. Coyote furniture complements the chassis and gives this version its distinct appearance within the CM7S lineup.
The flared magazine well accepts AICS-pattern magazines and incorporates an ambidextrous magazine release. A generously sized trigger guard provides additional clearance when wearing gloves.
