The fast twist stabilizes subsonic bullets of 220 grains and heavier, which makes this the foundation for a short, suppressed 308 hunting bolt gun. It is the same action and barrel used in CM’s 12.5″ CM7S 308 bolt-action pistols and SBRs.
Trigger, chassis or stock, bottom metal and magazine are not included. The action accepts Remington 700-pattern triggers and fits Remington 700 short-action inlets.
