Chattahoochee Munitions Warranty

Chattahoochee Munitions stands behind the firearms we manufacture and the work we perform. If you experience a functional or performance issue, contact us directly so we can evaluate the firearm and determine the appropriate solution.

CM15, CM10 and CM7S — Limited Lifetime Warranty

CM15, CM10 and CM7S firearms manufactured by Chattahoochee Munitions are covered by a limited lifetime warranty for the original purchaser.

  • Covers the functional operation of the firearm.
  • Applies to the original purchaser.
  • Applies to the firearm in its original Chattahoochee Munitions configuration.
  • Includes our sub-MOA accuracy guarantee when appropriate ammunition is used for the firearm’s chambering, barrel twist rate and intended effective range.
  • Does not cover damage or malfunctions resulting from misuse, improper ammunition, improper maintenance, unauthorized modifications, neglect or abuse.
  • Normal wear of consumable or wear components is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Lever-Action UP MOD Firearms

Chattahoochee Munitions occasionally offers lever-action firearms that we source and modify through our UP MOD program. These firearms are covered by a 90-day functional warranty on the work performed by Chattahoochee Munitions.

  • CM-performed modifications and installation work are covered for 90 days from purchase.
  • The underlying firearm and unmodified factory components remain subject to the original manufacturer’s warranty, where applicable.
  • Modifications performed as part of the UP MOD may affect the original manufacturer’s warranty on related components.
  • The CM warranty does not cover failures unrelated to our work or damage resulting from misuse, improper ammunition, improper maintenance, unauthorized modifications, neglect or abuse.

Products Not Manufactured by Chattahoochee Munitions

Standalone products manufactured by another company are subject to the warranty provided by their original manufacturer. Warranty claims involving those products should generally be directed to the original manufacturer.
