Buying Online

Buying Firearms Online

Chattahoochee Munitions is a federally licensed firearms manufacturer. All firearms and ammunition transactions are conducted in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws.

Our online checkout includes an automated Federal Firearms License (FFL) selection process. Customers simply select their preferred receiving dealer during checkout. Chattahoochee Munitions handles the FFL license exchange and transfer coordination behind the scenes.

How the Online Purchase Process Works

Step 1: Place Your Order

Complete your online order and provide the required billing and contact information. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

Step 2: Select Your Receiving FFL

During checkout, select the licensed firearms dealer where you would like your firearm delivered. Our automated system handles the FFL selection and license exchange.

You do not need to obtain a copy of your dealer’s license, email FFL documents or coordinate the license exchange yourself.

Step 3: Order Processing and Shipment

Chattahoochee Munitions processes your order and coordinates shipment to your selected FFL dealer. We handle the necessary dealer documentation and transfer coordination.

Step 4: Complete Your Transfer

Once your firearm arrives, your receiving dealer will arrange for you to complete the required transfer paperwork, identification verification and background check, as applicable.

Your dealer is responsible for completing the final transfer in accordance with applicable laws. Any dealer transfer fees are separate from your purchase unless otherwise specified.

National Firearms Act (NFA) Items

Short-barreled rifles (SBRs), suppressors and other NFA-regulated firearms require additional transfer procedures.

For applicable NFA firearms manufactured by Chattahoochee Munitions, we complete the manufacturer’s ATF Form 2 registration and coordinate the ATF Form 3 transfer to your selected receiving dealer.

Your receiving dealer handles the subsequent transfer to you, including the applicable ATF paperwork and approval requirements.

NFA items cannot be released to the purchaser until all required approvals have been obtained and the transfer is legally authorized.

Firearm Purchase Eligibility and Restrictions

All purchases are subject to applicable federal, state and local laws, including age requirements, firearm restrictions and eligibility requirements.

Federal law generally requires purchasers to be at least 18 years old to receive rifles and shotguns from a licensed dealer and at least 21 years old to receive handguns, frames, receivers and other firearms that are not rifles or shotguns. Additional restrictions may apply.

Customers are responsible for confirming that the firearm they order is legal to purchase, possess and transfer in their jurisdiction.

Chattahoochee Munitions reserves the right to decline or cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled in accordance with applicable laws.

Purchasing Ammunition Online

Ammunition purchases are subject to applicable age, identification, shipping and jurisdictional requirements.

Some states and localities require additional documentation, dealer involvement or other procedures before ammunition can be delivered. Orders may be restricted or declined where shipment is prohibited.

Ammunition is not eligible for return. Customers are responsible for confirming that the ammunition they purchase is appropriate for their firearm and that they comply with all applicable laws.

Important: Firearms and ammunition must be purchased in separate orders.
