Chattahoochee Munitions manufactures NFA-regulated firearms and suppressors, including short-barreled rifles (SBRs) and purpose-built suppressed firearm systems.
Purchasing an NFA item from Chattahoochee Munitions is straightforward. Select your firearm or suppressor, complete your order and choose your receiving FFL/SOT during checkout. Our automated system handles the dealer license exchange and transfer coordination.
How an NFA Purchase Works
1. Place Your Order
Purchase your NFA item through our website and select your receiving FFL/SOT during checkout.
2. We Handle the Dealer Transfer
For applicable NFA firearms manufactured by Chattahoochee Munitions, we complete the required manufacturer registration and coordinate the ATF Form 3 transfer to your selected receiving dealer.
You do not need to obtain or send us a copy of your dealer’s license. The license exchange is handled through our automated FFL system.
3. Your Dealer Handles the Transfer to You
After the NFA item arrives at your receiving dealer, the dealer will work with you to complete the applicable ATF transfer process, including the required Form 4 submission.
4. Take Possession After Approval
Your NFA item remains with the receiving dealer until the required ATF transfer has been approved and all applicable transfer requirements have been completed.
Buying an NFA Item From Another State
You do not need to be located in Georgia to purchase an eligible NFA item from Chattahoochee Munitions. During checkout, select an appropriate receiving FFL/SOT in your state and we will coordinate the dealer-to-dealer transfer.
NFA Laws and Eligibility
NFA ownership and transfer requirements vary depending on the type of item and the purchaser’s location. Customers are responsible for confirming that the item they are purchasing may be lawfully possessed and transferred in their jurisdiction.
All NFA transactions are subject to applicable federal, state and local laws and required ATF approvals.
